At Myphotolounge.com we work very hard to deliver the highest quality pictures possible. We use a highly trained staff, cutting edge print technology and only the best materials. If for any reason you are less than satisfied please let us know about your concerns. Either call us at 267-322-6651 or email your concern to info@myphotolounge.com. In most cases we can review the files and offer a simple explanation or answer. We may, at our discretion require you return the prints for review, at your cost. If, at our sole discretion, we determine an improvement can be made, that does not require an additional service (such as fixing file color or format etc), we will reprint order at no additional cost. If an additional service, not originally ordered, can make an improvement, we'll be glad to perform it at the going rate. If in our expert opinion the prints represent the best quality possible we may, at our discretion provide a courtesy lab credit for use on future orders. Never will a refund be issued.
